Every one of these is answered the same way it would be on the phone. If the answer is no, it says no.
Do I need an appointment?
No. There is no calendar here and nothing to book. You choose what you need, a licensed provider reviews the order, and it is sent or delivered digitally.
What does a provider actually check?
The order, not you. Some items are review-gated: a licensed provider checks that what you have chosen suits you before anything is sent. If it does not, you are told why and you are not charged — that outcome exists on purpose.
Can you treat my back pain online?
No. Chiropractic care happens with hands, in a room, and nothing sold here is treatment for an injury or a structural condition. If a disc, a nerve or a joint hurts, you need to be seen in person — and we will tell you that rather than sell you something.
Can anything here be prescribed?
No, and it cannot be. A Doctor of Chiropractic cannot write prescriptions. Nothing offered here is a medication. If you want a prescription medication you need a different kind of provider, and we will say so plainly rather than sell you something else.
Is there a video visit?
No, and there is nothing to attend. You choose what you need, a licensed provider reviews the order, and it is sent or delivered digitally. If that ever changes, the page you buy from says so before you pay.
How does it reach me?
Everything arrives remotely — posted to you, or delivered to your account. Every product page states it above the price: what arrives, how often, and what it renews at.
Where can you send things?
Within the United States. Some items are not available in every state, and checkout will say so before you pay.
Do you take insurance?
No. Everything here is paid directly, and the price and the renewal amount are both stated before you click.
How do I cancel?
One control in your account, labelled "Stop auto-renew". One click. No phone call, no retention offer, no exit survey, and nobody asks why. You keep access until the date you already paid for.
What is "Dr. Abs"?
It is the name on the programs. The business is Beverly Hills Disc and Laser Therapy Center; "Dr. Abs" is what Bryan Abasolo, DC calls his own line of products and programs inside it.
