What you are buying

Health products, coaching and digital programs. Not medical treatment, not a diagnosis, and not a prescription.

Purchases that require review

Some items are review-gated: a licensed provider reviews the order before anything ships. You are not charged until it is accepted. If it is not accepted, you are not charged at all.

Subscriptions

Subscription items renew every 30 days at the price shown on the product page and in your cart, before you click. You can stop auto-renew from your account at any time, in one click. Stopping takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; you keep access until then. We do not offer refunds for a period that has already begun.

Digital goods

Digital items are delivered on payment and are not refundable, because you have them.
