Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Version 2026-10-30 · Effective October 30, 2026

This policy covers “consumer health data” — information that identifies or could reasonably identify you and relates to your past, present or future physical or mental health — that Longevity Health Labs, LLC d/b/a Platform Health (“Platform Health”) collects on this site. It applies in Washington, Nevada, Connecticut and every other state with a similar law, and we apply it to everyone. Our general Privacy Policy covers everything else.

The consumer health data we collect

  • Health goals, symptoms, conditions and routines you share in an optional check-in.
  • Health topics you ask to hear about (for example sleep, recovery, sexual health).
  • The fact that you started a telehealth program, and which program.
  • Messages you send to your clinic or care team through secure messaging.
  • Products you buy that could suggest a health condition.

The health questionnaire, your patient record and any prescription are collected by the independent medical group in its own visit flow and are governed by its Notice of Privacy Practices, not this page.

Where it comes from

From you, directly, when you fill in a form, check in, message, or buy. We do not buy consumer health data and do not infer it from your location.

Why we collect and use it

Only to provide the product, program or service you ask for, to communicate with you about it, and to keep records the law requires. We use health data for marketing only if you separately opt in to that, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Your consent comes first

We collect or share consumer health data only with your consent, given separately from our Terms of Use, by ticking an unchecked box. The consent you give before a telehealth program reads:

“I consent to Platform Health collecting the health information I provide to deliver the programs and services I request and to share it with my clinic, Provider, and pharmacy for that purpose. I can withdraw this consent at any time.”

We keep a record of each consent with its date, time, IP address and the words you agreed to.

Who we share it with

  • Your clinic, to support you in the program you joined.
  • The independent medical group providing your care, and the pharmacy you choose.
  • Service providers that host, store or deliver messages for us, under contracts that forbid them to use it for anything else.

We never sell consumer health data, never share it with advertisers, and never place advertising or analytics tags on pages where you enter it.

Your rights

You may confirm whether we hold your consumer health data and see it, get the list of everyone we shared it with, withdraw your consent, and have it deleted — including from our service providers. Use the privacy request form or write to privacy@joinplatformhealth.com. We answer within 45 days. If we deny a request you may appeal by replying to our answer; if the appeal is denied you may contact your state attorney general.

Beverly Hills Disc and Laser Therapy Center

How this shop is paid for. Beverly Hills Disc and Laser Therapy Center, and Platform Health, which runs this shop for it, earn money when you buy from this shop. When you start an online visit for a prescription product, the independent provider’s service may also pay Platform Health a referral fee. The independent provider decides on their own whether to prescribe, and whether you buy anything here is up to you.

Prescription products. Any prescription product in the shop, including any compounded medication, is prescribed solely by an independent licensed clinical provider after an online visit, and only if that provider decides it is appropriate for you. Dr. Abasolo does not prescribe it, and neither he nor Beverly Hills Disc and Laser Therapy Center decides whether you receive it. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are marketed. A compounding pharmacy being licensed or regulated, including a “503A” pharmacy, does not mean the medications it compounds are FDA-approved.

Platform Health is not a medical provider. Clinical services are provided by independent licensed providers. Not for emergencies — call 911.
