Shipping & Returns

Orders ship within the United States to the address you give at checkout. The product page and checkout show the expected ship time, and your confirmation email repeats it. Shipping cost, if any, is shown before you pay.

If an order can’t ship when we said, we email you before that date. The email reads: “Your order is delayed. Expected ship date: [the new date]. Reply or click here to cancel for a full refund.” — you may accept the new date or cancel with one click and receive a full refund. If we can’t give a new date, we cancel and refund the order.

• Unopened products: return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the price paid.
• Opened supplements, medical foods and personal-care products can’t be returned for safety reasons, unless they arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
• Damaged, defective or wrong items: tell us within 30 days and we replace or refund them.
• Devices: return unused in the original packaging within 30 days; manufacturer warranties apply after that.

To start a return, reply to your order email or write to Beverly Hills Disc & Laser Therapy Center. Refunds go back to the card you paid with within 10 business days of the return being received, and include the tax you paid on the returned item.

Medication prescribed through a telehealth program is not sold by the store and is not covered by this page; the pharmacy and the medical group’s own terms apply. If the clinician decides treatment isn’t right for you, you are not charged for medication.
